Refund policy

Items purchased from CM-Beauty.com must be returned to CM-Beauty.com. CM-Beauty / Covermark items purchased from other locations must be returned to the original point of purchase.

To return an item to CM-Beauty.com:

1. Pack the item(s) to be returned, in the original package if possible.
2. Please include a note as to if item(s) are being returned for a refund or an exchange for a different shade.
3. Create a return label and adhere it to the package. Our Shipping adress is:

4. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label. Returns should be sent via registered mail or UPS so they can be tracked if needed.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

Kits must be returned complete with all items included. We can not accept partial returns or exchanges. If partial kits are returned, no credit will be given and the product received will not be returned.
